Thermal Shut-Off Fusible Link Packages (FLP) by Strahman Group provide superior fire protection and automated shut-off in high-temperature environments. API 607 Fire Safe certified, these assemblies ensure reliable performance in critical applications. Designed with ANSI Class 150 flanged connections, they offer a secure, leak-proof installation.
Featuring full port ball valves, our FLP units are available in sizes ½” to 6”, with declutchable gearboxes for 2-½” to 6” models, ensuring smooth operation. Built from Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel, these valves deliver exceptional durability and resistance to harsh industrial conditions. Engineered for safety, reliability, and efficiency, our fusible link packages provide automatic thermal shut-off, making them the ideal solution for fire-sensitive environments.
Fusible Link Package Assemblies ensure automatic shut-off in case of fire and meet API 607 Fire Safe standards, with select models FM approved (contact us for details). Designed for up to 2000 PSI, they feature TFE seats, Graphite seals/packing, and RTFE seats with graphoil body seals, making them suitable for various applications. Available in ½”–6” ANSI Class 150 flanged connections, sizes 2-½” and above include a declutchable gearbox. A weatherproof spring pack and stainless steel top plate provide corrosion resistance, while certain models allow manual operation even when armed. Fusible links are available in 165°F – 360°F, and all units are factory assembled and tested for reliability.
